SITE ANALYSIS IN JALAN TINGKAT LAUT, PENANG [GROUP 10 - HOUSING STUDY AND TYPOLOGY]
This is a site study project which separate a class of around 60 students into 10 groups to carry out different aspects of study on the site.

The site is located in Jalan Tingkat Laut, Penang which is facing the North-East direction and providing various site advantages to be applied on later design. There are a lot of residential building and resorts located around this area which can accommodate large scale of local and foreign occupants.

HOUSING STUDY - GROUP 10
Housing study is very important in a design journey which most of the idea derived from. It contains the space organization, layout, vernacular construction, site response and so on which can providing advantages to proposed site and should be respect and play the same language by implementing all the factors into the design.
